Terms & Conditions - Products & Delivery

1. All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns, please read product descriptions carefully to ensure you understand the sale. 

2. The Good News Baker will not replace products sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided. If the address is incomplete please notify us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We will happily make changes if not already dispatched. 

3. We currently ship via APC. They will notify you once the order has been dispatched and delivered. 

  • Please note that we usually use APC as our shipping partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore we are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen. However, we will do our best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.

4. Unfortunately GNB cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by our courier partners and can't be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
